What we document

Why Not Mindset tracks practical support, housing connection, employment progress, transportation access, mentorship conversations, and ongoing follow up during the first 90 days after release.

Current records show five participants actively supported, housed, employed, and receiving ongoing mentorship while participant privacy remains protected.

"We do not hold someone's hand through reentry. We help hold them steady while walking beside them."

This is accountability based mentorship: steady support, honest conversations, practical next steps, and follow up that respects the participant's responsibility to keep moving forward.

The promise and the ask

Every participant is told two things from the beginning.

  1. We will never lie to you.
  2. We will never walk away from you.

In return, we ask for accountability, honesty, and a willingness to believe in themselves as much as we believe in them.

Privacy focused impact reporting

Participant information is shared only with written consent. Why Not Mindset does not display participant names on this page, and impact reporting focuses on measurable outcomes while protecting privacy.

Names, photos, quotes, and identifying details are not published unless a participant gives clear permission. Our goal is to document support responsibly while honoring the dignity of each person served.
